We meet the unique needs of our clients through our two major business lines – Full Service by Fernley and Premier Meetings by Fernley.



Full Service by Fernley is our traditional association management model. Services are all-inclusive and usually include:

Full service clients are managed using a team approach with an average of 10 associates contributing to essential elements of daily management of each association. Your Headquarters Team includes an experienced account executive who serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and an associate and/or administrative director (depending on the size of the association) to provide comprehensive association administration. Our internal membership administration department offers convenient, flexible, association operational support using a streamlined approach to daily operations. Service areas include:

Fundamental to our success is the utilization of a versatile, comprehensive software solution used to manage the membership database with a web portal that allows your members to interact with the association at their convenience through a secure password protected area on the association’s web site. This self-service delivery system encourages members to perform standard transactions such as joining, renewing, registering for events, purchasing products, accessing a membership directory, and updating their individual profile online. We also offer a member central call center to provide phone assistance, if desired.
