Philadelphia, PA - Fernley & Fernley, Inc., a provider of professional management services to growth-oriented, non-profit associations and professional societies, officially welcomes Judith M. Baehrle as Director of Human Resources. As a member of the firm’s Management Team, Judy will provide oversight of the day to day human resource functions as well as support the strategic initiatives and planning necessary for Fernley & Fernley to achieve their goals.
Judy has been involved in human resources for over twenty years holding various positions. She held the position of Senior HR Consultant at MidAtlantic Employers' Association prior to joining Fernley & Fernley. Judy's in-depth knowledge of human resources and business relations in membership-based organizations will translate seamlessly into her new areas of responsibility at this prominent Association Management Company (AMC).
Judy is a graduate of Villanova University and is actively involved in their Alumni Association. She resides in Montgomery County with her husband and two daughters.
