FRANCINE BUTLER JOINS PHILADELPHIA BASED ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY, FERNLEY & FERNLEY, INC.

Philadelphia, PA - Fernley & Fernley, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent addition of Francine Butler PhD, CAE, CMP to their Senior Executive Team. Ms. Butler joins the firm with over 20 years of diverse non-profit management experience, serving as Executive Director for many associations and foundations as well as being a founder and owner of a well respected association management company (AMC) located in Colorado.
Her industry achievements and recognitions are wide spread, including serving on both the PCMA and their Foundation Boards, a number of ASAE committees, president of the Colorado Society of Association Executives and recipient of their Executive of the Year award.
Ms. Butler will continue to reside in Golden, Colorado which will also serve as her professional office as she assumes the position of Executive Vice President of the AMC Institute, one of Fernley & Fernley’s non-profit clients. She will work closely with the existing Management Team that includes Executive Director, Andrea Bower, MBA and Associate Director, Jennifer Miller to meet the growing needs of the AMC Institute. “I look forward to working with the Board of Directors to achieve strategic goals and objectives that will move the association forward,” commented Ms. Butler.
