PHILADELPHIA –The Chairman of the Board for MidAtlantic Employers' Association (MEA), Ron Allen, Sr., appointed G.A. Taylor Fernley as Vice Chairman of the Board to continue driving its mission forward. Mr. Fernley is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fernley & Fernley, Inc., a fourth generation family firm in the association management business. Fernley & Fernley, Inc. represents over 30 full service non-profit trade associations and professional societies, with the distinction of being the longest established association management company (AMC) in the industry.
Mr. Fernley has contributed to numerous non-profit organizations throughout his career by serving as a volunteer leader at the Board or Committee level for the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Association Management Company Institute (AMCI), and the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau.

A graduate of Randolph Macon College, Mr. Fernley is also involved in numerous business, civic and community activities. He is actively involved in Vistage, a membership organization of 13,000 CEO’s worldwide, has served on the Board of the National Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America, the National Liberty Museum and the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors. Locally, he serves on the Boards of the Gladwyne Civic Association and the Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church.
