Timothy M. Bower Promoted to Vice President of Business Development

PHILADELPHIA – Tim Bower was recently promoted to Vice President of Business Development for Fernley & Fernley, Inc. Mr. Bower will direct all new business development efforts as well as playing an integral role in client retention. Prior to this promotion, Mr. Bower most recently served as Director of New Business Development.
Mr. Bower possesses more than 14 years of experience in non-profit management acting in a variety of roles including Executive Director and Account Manager. He is well versed in the key areas of marketing, strategic planning, executive management, membership development and retention strategies and facilitating targeted appeals for corporate sponsorship.
In addition, Mr. Bower has an extensive background in conference and exhibit management with a focus in health care organizations.

Mr. Bower is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and is active in the Delaware Valley Society of Association Executives (DVSAE) as well as the New Jersey Society of Association Executives (NJSAE). Mr. Bower is currently working toward his Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation.
