Philadelphia - Fernley & Fernley, Inc., the nation’s longest established association management company (AMC) has been selected to serve as national headquarters for the National Renal Administrators Association (NRAA).
NRAA was founded 30 years ago and is the leading professional association for the managers of freestanding and hospital-based dialysis facilities in the U.S. They represent the interests of all dialysis providers including those in both rural and urban settings, for-profit and non-for-profit, freestanding and hospital-based.
Through an exhaustive search process the Board of Directors determined that Fernley & Fernley, Inc. possessed the right combination of experienced staff, organizational stability, and proven policies and procedures necessary to meet the unique requirements of the association and its members.
Elizabeth Franks will serve as Executive Director and is responsible for implementing the necessary steps to achieve the association’s goal of increasing membership, as well as ensuring that a strategic focus is maintained throughout all association activities.
Stan Langhofer, President of NRAA commented, “As incoming president during the transition process I was concerned about the change in management providers; however, the experienced team at Fernley & Fernley, Inc. quickly put my mind at ease. Our annual meeting went off without a hitch, while simultaneously office operations were transferred without disruption to service”.
“Over the years we have developed crucial documentation that is followed during the transition of a new client partner into our firm. This, combined with our experience, enables Fernley & Fernley’s associates to implement a smooth transfer of operations,” said Taylor Fernley, President & CEO of Fernley & Fernley, Inc.
