SARAH M. HAGY Promoted to Executive Director for Fernley & Fernley, Inc. 07/02/2007

Sarah M. Hagy has been promoted by Fernley & Fernley, Inc., a fourth-generation Association Management Company, based in Center City Philadelphia, to serve as the Executive Director of the North American Horticultural Supply Association (NAHSA). In addition, Ms. Hagy works with two other associations, the International Association of Ice Cream Vendors (IAICV) and the Water and Sewer Distributors of America (WASDA). She began her career with Fernley & Fernley, Inc. in May 2006 as an Associate Director and has developed the necessary skills to move into the Executive Director role for NAHSA.
Prior to joining Fernley & Fernley, Ms. Hagy was employed by Score Educational Centers, a division of The Washington Post, as a Membership Director. While employed by Score Educational Centers, Ms. Hagy was responsible for client satisfaction, growth and retention in membership and generation of potential clients in a new and expanding market.
Ms. Hagy graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004 with a B.A. in Communication. She is a member of the Delaware Valley Society of Association Executives (DVSAE) and is currently pursuing her Certified Association Executive (CAE) Certification.
