Fernley & Fernley, Inc. Hires Director of New Business Development to Support Aggressive Growth Strategy 04/13/2007

Philadelphia - Tim Bower has accepted a position with Fernley & Fernley, Inc. as Director of New Business Development.; Tim Bower has more than 13 years experience in association and conference management in the key areas of marketing, strategic planning, executive management, membership development and retention strategies and targeted appeals for corporate sponsorship.
As Vice President of Marketing and Services of Resource Management Plus, Inc. in Philadelphia, Tim had supervisory responsibility for 8 associations and a staff of 15. In addition to his association management responsibilities Tim served as the Operations Manager for Resource Management Plus and managed the state-of-the-art membership fulfillment system, supervised staff, and maintained database integrity.
His experience serving in these different capacities will allow Tim to work with prospective clients and identify specific areas for which Fernley & Fernley can offer management assistance and build value for its members.; Tim is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives and is working towards his Certified Association Executive credential.
