Jayne Grubb, Management Team Coordinator
Jayne first joined Fernley & Fernley as a summer intern in 2009 and quickly assumed the role of Intern Resource Coordinator. She has since graduated and become a permanent member of the Fernley Team. Although Jayne's current job responsibilities are in support of the Fernley Management Team, a significant portion of her job focuses on human resources. Jayne was recently nominated for the 2010 HR Rising Star Award which was quite an achievement for such a young professional.

Trish Keppler and Tawnee Shuey, CMPs
A critical aspect of Fernley's business is the art of planning and managing annual conferences, training seminars, tradeshows, and board and committee meetings. Two of the reasons we have been so successful in this area are Trish Keppler and Tawnee Shuey. These two meeting management professionals set their sights on achieving their CMP Designation, sacrificing personal time to attend study groups for several months as they prepared to take the written exam. Earlier this year their hard work paid off and they are both Certified Meeting Professionals.

Sarah Hagy, Executive Director
Fernley & Fernley is proud to announce that Executive Director, Sarah Hagy was recently selected to participate in ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership's Leadership Academy, a program that focuses on preparing young professionals for executive positions in the association and nonprofit industry. The 2011 class consists of 25 young professionals selected from a broad pool of applicants representing local, regional and national organizations. The Academy aims to develop young professionals into leaders and prepare them to serve their organizations in the changing work environment.

Monica Mobley, CMP is a member of the Fernley & Fernley Meeting Planning Department. She has been with the firm for two years and works with a variety of non-profit clients to plan and produce successful meetings, conferences, and tradeshows. Her clients are professional societies in the medical field and also trade associations. Monica is described as knowledgeable, personable, and professional by her colleagues.

Since 2002 the Member Services Department (MSD) has been a vital part of Fernley & Fernley. Since its inception, the main focus of MSD has been on maintaining the database and data entry. Routine database activity continues to be the main focus for MSD.
