Member Services Department Spotlight

Since 2002 the Member Services Department (MSD) has been a vital part of Fernley & Fernley. Since its inception, the main focus of MSD has been on maintaining the database and data entry. Routine database activity continues to be the main focus for MSD. Additional services that fall under the umbrella of MSD include:

• Monthly Membership Reports
• New/Renewing Member Acknowledgement
• Dues Processing
• Member List Exports (for mailings)
• Prospective Membership Material Fulfillment

The MSD team is a very capable and knowledgeable staff of 4 employees. Each member of the staff has their own area of expertise. Below is a listing of the staff and the current work they are focusing on:

• Pete Michener — working with Losha and association teams to make sure they are familiar and satisfied with their monthly membership report.
• Dennis Polsz — continuing to work closely on the import/export routines for NRHS. Dennis has focused on this process and is giving it the attention necessary attention to keep the client happy.
• Losha Mace — continues to do her part to keep F&F on target to complete their Q1 goal by getting the monthly membership reports done on time.
• Tina Donnelly — has really stepped up to keep F&F on track with the processing of dues payments.
